With the news of Sanjay Dutt’s five-year imprisonment verdict going public this morning, the actor’s well wishers from Bollywood showed concern and full support to their favourite star
Sanjay Dutt has an interesting line-up of films releasing this year,
including Zanjeer,Policegiri, Ghanchakkar, P.K. and also the most
anticipated Munnabhai Chale Amrika. But with the Supreme
Court’s verdict on Sanju baba’s alleged involvement in the Mumbai
blasts case, we wonder what will happen to the actor’s impending
projects.
TP Aggarwal, who is producing Dutt’s Policegiri – which is 95
percent ready – says after hearing the verdict that he is not
bothered about his movie’s budget or about the film itself. Aggarwal
insists that he is only thinking about Sanjay’s well-being. “What
matters to me the most is his safety. I share a good relationship
with Sanju and he is a wonderful human being. I don’t care about
my film, I only care for Sanjay,” said the producer and adds, “The
news is tragic. I will meet him (Sanjay) tomorrow (Friday) and will
see what to do. We are only thinking positive, let us see what
happens,” he added.
The film’s co-producer Rahul Aggarwal said, “Only good things
happen to good guys and I haven’t found a better human being than
Sanjay Dutt in this industry. We all are hoping for a change in the
sentence as Sanjayji still has a chance to file a review petition
against the verdict within the next four weeks.”
