If He Loved Her, Why Would He Rape Her? Zarina Wahab Defends Sooraj Pancholi

Zarina Wahab cannot refrain herself from being aggressive and says her son Sooraj Pancholi is being framed as the ‘Bad Boy’

MUMBAI: Zariba Wahab cannot refrain herself from being aggressive as she comes out in defense of her son Sooraj Pancholi, who has been accused of abetment of Jiah Khan’s suicide and is in police custody.

Zarina Wahab, says that Sooraj Pancholi and Jiah Khan were in love and as mature individuals took their own decisions. She dismisses that her son Sooraj Pancholi had allegedly raped Jiah Khan.

“Jiah was raped in London when, she was 14 and perhaps Sooraj was aware of this,” says a weary Zarina. She also admits that Rabiya Khan, mother of Jiah Khan has accused Aditya Pancholi of being short tempered and she is trying to put Sooraj in similar light.

“They were in love, why would he ever rape her? He is soft-spoken and very shy. If nothing was spoken about their physical relationship earlier, why now?” Wahab adds on.

Well a mother surely will know her son pretty well. Only time will decide the fate of Sooraj Pancholi. All we can do is wait.
